Enjoy a homely setting, living in an environment that promotes independence and well-being with staff support if they require or request it.
Feel loved, respected, and valued, be encouraged, and motivated by a network of dependable, affectionate, and safe relationships.
Be empowered to have control in their life and care planning, if appropriate.
To have a sense of identity and community.
Eden House can provide care for mixed sex placements; this is based on a detailed placement matching process.

Eden House understands the importance of collaborating with individuals with a primary diagnosis of Mental Health and the challenges that this may present. We are aware that the needs of the individual can change daily, so we need to be initiative-taking with our assessments and ensure that we are consulting with all the multidisciplinary teams involved in the individual’s care package and updating them daily if needed. The continuous evaluation and updating of the care plan and support package will ensure the service users welfare is always at the forefront of everything we do.
Our philosophy is to use a person-centered approach so that we ensure the best possible care is given to the residents, this person-centered care supports the individual to be able to make their own decisions, we will fully support their plans if it is safe to do so and it is in no way detrimental to themselves or anyone else. To do this we provide a supportive, secure, and inclusive environment for the residents, so that they can be comfortable and confident in their own abilities and that they will always be safe from harm. We will ensure that the resident has the right to informed consent so that they are always fully aware of their own care and treatment plan and how they are being managed by ourselves as a company, care teams, CIW, and Social Care Wales.
